Plum

Paula Jacobs

I’ve been so busy this past week with shoots and events, but I’m absolutely loving it. I knew that my holiday would consist of meetings and shoots, but I genuinely didn’t expect it to be everyday. I’m not complaining though – I love seeing my brand grow and reach new people. I used to loath meeting new people, but I’m actually loving it lately and I feel as though my interacting skills are getting better (yes, I was so bad that I struggled to communicate).

About this look:

This look is exactly what I would wear on a day out and about. I’m loving my black jeans and boots lately (ask Lorenzo – I’ve been wearing them non-stop) for my winter look, paired with a pretty top. I love this plum blouse, especially the way it falls at the waistline featuring a cross over detail for a relaxed fit. It’s perfect to pair with a leather jacket for a day in the CBD. Obviously I had to bring my curls back. I’ll be posting more about the curls and how I take care of them, for those who ask me via social media.

Competition:

By the way, have you entered the #INFIN8TItrench competition that I’m hosting? If I can say so myself, that trench is beautiful and the fabric is made of really great quality. I’ve been thinking about this for a bit – what other types of competitions would you like to enter? Beauty-related? I’m always keen for some good tips so comment below and let me know what you think.

I strongly encourage you to have a look at Lisa’s work on her page and book a shoot with her asap! Not only is this little lady amazing at what she does, but she’s also hilarious and loves dogs. #winning!

  1. I’ve stumbled across some time via social media and i absolutely LOVE it, your realness makes one want to come back every time. Thanks for a great blog 🙂

  2. I recently found your blog and thus far am loving your posts. Loving those woollies Boots, they got a nice edge to them. INSPIRED!

    1. I’ve always been a tad worried that these boots make my tiny feet look elongated. I’ve come to terms with the fact that they do look longer, and its okay. I’ll totally rock them!
