Stepping Out.
I’ve never really been a huge fan of skirts, if I can be 100% honest with you. I’ve always felt a little self-conscience about my skin because I have pretty dry skin. I also felt as though my skirt would fly up at any given moment, so I would avoid the entire situation all together and never purchase a skirt. Especially not a white one.
That changed.
I decided to get this cute A-line button-up skirt from River Island a few weeks ago. It was on sale for R169 and I thought to myself “Okay, I’ll give this a shot”. I haven’t regretted my decision to try skirts because it has forced me to step out of my comfort zone, which is why I decided to shoot this look.
About the Outfit
I went for a neutral palette that consists of white, grey and black. I am actually trying to steer away from always wearing pink which is why I picked up the grey/beige sided jacket from Zara. Guys! I actually bought the jacket and its not pink! I’m proud of myself although I was quite tempted to buy the pink one. As for my boots, these are my new babies from Spitz. I haven’t owned a pair of beautiful leather boots in years and I was blessed with these recently. I will show you my little shopping experience in my new vlog that’ll be uploaded in this week, so look out for that.

Absolutely love this look! The boots are everything
Thank you!💖😬🌸
That skirt and those shoes are totally everything. I’ve always been skeptical of skirts too because I sometimes felt too skinny for them but this gave me confidence that I can easily rock it
