You may have seen my “Princess” post that went up on my blog last week, right?
In today’s post, I am rocking a tight velvet dress that I wore for the supper during the “Bloggers Day Out” with Canal Walk. The Century City Hotel hosted 15 bloggers for supper a few weeks ago, and I decided that I wanted to wear something quite different.
I feel like this dress made me feel like royalty or as though I was about to go up for the grammy awards!

About the Outfit

On the night, I never wore the beautiful black and gold tassels because I felt that it may have been a little bit too “over the top” for the dinner, however, I wanted to include it in this shoot because I am absolutely in awe of the design. Mishah Designerwear went over and above when designing this gorgeous dress. It is a floor-length black velvet dress that hugs the body in all the right places, and I’ve added the top with tassels over it for a extra something. An oomph if you will.

As for my hair and makeup, I wanted something very simple but makes a statement. I went for a dark berry lip with a simple wing liner. I slicked back my hair into a pony (which is a first for me on my blog!).
