‘Fro-zen.
Apparently you’re not allowed to have ‘big hair’ in winter – you’ll get ‘fro-zen. Haha, get it? Boring jokes. If there’s one thing that you should know about me – I have extremely dry humour that some people (or most) don’t understand. haha, maybe I’m boring but I enjoy it 🙂
There’s not too much that I want to say in this post today. I just thought that I’d create a short little post to show you how simple it is to layer this chilly season, but still look stylish. Many women feel that layering clothing means that you need to pack layers upon layers. That’s not quite the case. What I have come to realize is that you actually just need a really great coat/jacket that is guaranteed to keep you warm no matter how terribly cold the weather may become (and lets face it, Cape Town weather can change in an instant).
About The Outfit
I bought this really cute off-shoulder top from Zando recently, but the weather has been restricting me from slaying (haha!), so what I decided was to pair it with my trusty thick coat from Woolies and a pair of leather boots. This is perfect for when I am indoors because I can simply take off the heavy coat and show off this beautiful top, but still be able to cover up later in the day.
I’d also like to take a little moment for these boots from Spitz, once again. I can’t stop wearing them! They’re just so comfortable and stylish at the same time. The wooden block-heel is what makes the entire boot so different, and I love it! I would highly recommend it because its a stylish classic, and obviously because its leather!
I think I will be showcasing more simple, functional outfits like this one on the blog more often. What do you think?
Until next time,
