New Year. New Opportunities.

Happy New Year to you all!

Welcome to 2015. I am still in shock that it’s a new year. Just the other day I started my first year of studies, let alone just finished matric yesterday. Hectic.

Change

So many things has changed over the past year for me – if I had to explain it in one word, I’d say “overwhelming”. I started my blog in February last year, fell in love, ended up redoing a module in university, gained friends, said goodbye to my brother when he moved to Saudi Arabia, welcomed my Italian family, and the list goes on. I’ve learnt so much, and am so grateful for the amazing experiences and opportunities I was handed. 2014 has been cray, but I am welcoming this new year with open arms. The festive season was pretty relaxed. Christmas was nice. Our family went for lunch at the Brass Bell in Kalk Bay, and ended off spending time at my uncle’s place.

New Year

So here we are. A new year with new opportunities. New experiences waiting to happen. I am not one for resolutions and all and that’s simply because I can never stick to it. So I’ll just call them goals for now. I have a few goals for 2015, and I am yet to share them with you all. Be patient, and you’ll soon find out.

Tell me, what are your resolutions or goals for 2015?
