My Curls Don’t Lie

Welcome back to the blog. Its been a while since I posted a look post!

Stress

You guys, I can’t even deal. My degree has just become so tough. I’m studying psychology (for those of you who are unfamiliar with what my life entails) but this semester, the subject “Research for social science” has rudely interrupted my smooth-sailing 3rd year. This module is also referred to as “statistics”, meh. Let me tell you a little bit of the history I have with statistics. Back in high school (lol, I say “back” as if it was SO long ago. It was 3 years tbh) I sucked at math. I was so bad that I would run and cry to my grade head teacher about how I couldn’t do the work and all that sad, sobby nonsense. So when I found out that I am once again faced with math’s ugly face, I decided to change my mindset. “You can do this, Paula!”, I’d say to myself while studying for tests. I haven’t failed a Statistics test yet, so hopefully I’ll pass!

About the Outfit

I ran away from my books and eventually got a chance to shoot a look post this past Sunday. I finally got to whip out this dress that I’ve been saving (Have you ever had a certain dress that you just save for a special occasion…? Yeah, me too. I honestly don’t know why). I think I’ll wear it to an event or maybe on a date night sometime soon! I’ve had these wedges for quite some time now, but hardly wear them. I’m scared that they’ll get damaged (as always)! Haha.

I am on the edge of committing to not straightening my hair for a while. I just feel as though the heat is damaging it so much even though I hardly straighten it (once a week). I want my curls to be super bouncy and luscious, like Sun-kiss Alba’s curls.

See you next time darls,
